Italian stir fry pasta

1 c cooked pasta
1 c stir fry veggies cooked
Handful each cashews & dried cranberries
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
Dash red pepper

Sauté garlic in olive oil. Add pasta & vegetables and stir fry.

Serve hot, sprinkled with vegan Parmesan & mozzerella
